I would like to thank you for the excellent service you have provided from point of initial contact to delivery of the Audi TT from your showroom in Kent to my doorstep in Manchester.

Due to the geographical distance between us I was confident from your advert and our conversations over the phone that I was buying a car from you that was as advertised. I appreciate that you were honest about the fact that the car needed new tyres and alloy refurbs and that you agreed to take care of this, the transfer of a private plate, delivery to Manchester and the part exchange of my wife's old car.

The car was delivered on time as promised and my wife is extremely happy with it. It was delivered in showroom condition as promised.

I would not hesitate to recommend your company to anyone who is thinking of buying a car from you but who is unable to see it as they live too far away.
